The maintenance person can visit only when he/she gets notification on the Smartphone. This helps to optimise the staff.
For Consulting Cos, BFSI, Call Centres etc. tracking usage of offices is important. Monitoring occupancy helps to optimise office spaces. These facilities has lot of floating population based on proejcts. People travel to different offices as per client needs. So many a times they are not at their desks. Their desks could be alloted to the person visiting from other office. Call centres can track how much time employee has spent at her desk. Similarly occupancy of meeting rooms can be tracked.
