This product is used for detecting Smoke and sending signals to the control panel. Photoelectric technology is used in this sensor. The basic principle of detecting carbon particle present in smoke by using Infrared diodes. When smoke enters the chamber diode receives more light and the detector gives out alarm signals and also turns ON red led for local indication.
